Tattoo on my left pec/chest

I want a tattoo on my left pec/chest. I want an angel/man with a shredded/ripped physique and I want him to be reaching in the sky. Just his hand though, he isn’t holding anything or reaching for anything. Then I want a cloth wrap around his waster and that is where the tattoo is cut off at. No legs. Then I want rays of light to fill in some of the area with cloud shading around him and around and in between some of the rays as well
