An epic illustrative tattoo design

An epic illustrative tattoo design. A cute black Palico feline warrior cat with large glowing lime-green eyes is actively riding on the back of a sleek, dark teal Nargacuga dragon. Close-up portrait composition focusing heavily on the cat on top and the dragon's head/shoulders below it. The wings are folded tightly or cropped out entirely to keep the design narrow and vertical. Bold, clean black linework, open negative space, flat colors, solid white background. No tiny textures, no floating elements, no 3D shading.
