Tattoo is to be an extension of an existing tattoo

Tattoo is to be an extension of an existing tattoo. Profile of an owl is on my shoulder already. I would like the tattoo to extend onto my back/upper shoulder blade, extend slightly onto my pectoral muscle and extend down to my elbow. Other elements are to symbolize strength, rebirth, wisdom, awakening and the importance presence and being in the now. Elements to include are Thai bull elephant, phoenix, sacred geometry, lotus flower, classic time piece showing internal gears, and perhaps an octopus.
