They are pointing to the chin of the Oni mask, with each pointing to the opposite side of the temple. So the gun at the bottom left chin is pointing to the top right temple and the bottom right gun is pointing to the top left temple (they are shooting through the head in an X shape). The guns are from anime - one is from the main character of Trigun and the other is from the main character of Cowboy Bebop. Where the bullets would be exiting, instead of blood, it is rose and cherry blossom petals (mixed together).
