Tattoo stencil style based on this image: focus only on the two pills, no hands. The red pill is in the foreground, larger, glowing slightly, the main focus. The blue pill is smaller, behind, muted and less important. Not hyper-realistic, stylized tattoo design with bold clean outlines, dotwork shading, black and grey ink with red accent only on the red pill. No background.
