Detailed, realistic tattoo design for the outer forearm

Create a detailed, realistic tattoo design for the outer forearm. At the bottom, place a realistic rose with natural shading and delicate leaves. Above the rose, a realistic human skull, slightly tilted forward, with fine cracks, deep shadows, and strong anatomical detail. The design should be vertically oriented, flowing from the wrist upward to just below the elbow. Black and grey style only, no color. High level of detail, suitable as a tattoo stencil.
